and please follow the aftercare instructions to ensure that your work will be beautifully fixed to your skin with good colors.
1. About Tattoos Immediately After the Session
Immediately after the tattoo session, the tattoo is a small dot of pigment in the scar.
With proper aftercare, the tattooed area can be quickly healed and the tattoo can be cleaned up with good coloration.
After the session is complete, the artist will clean and disinfect the treated area and apply a protective sheet specifically designed for tattoos.
⚠️Do not remove this sheet under any circumstances on the day of the tattooing.
After the next day, you will be responsible for your own aftercare.

About Ray's Aftercare Cream
The care cream that we provide after the tattoo session consists of two layers:
a white cream and a clear cream.
This is not because the creams are separated.
Please be assured that the cream is intentionally made in two layers
so that the cream can be switched as the wound heals.
When using the cream, please do not stir it, but use it in order from the top.
3. Types of Aftercare Services Offered at Our Studio
At our studio, we tailor our care methods to the size of the artwork and the tattooed area, utilizing two distinct approaches.
①Dri-Lock (Black Pad)
We use it for large pieces or areas with significant skin stretching.
This care method minimizes the risk of infection and inflammation, making it easy for customers to manage.
②Dressing Film (Transparent Sheet)
We use it for smaller pieces or areas with less skin elasticity.
While it heals quickly, this method requires a bit of careful management.

Gently wash the tattooed area
Wash any bodily fluids and excess ink that may have seeped out from the tattoo.
Gently wash the area to remove any excess ink and fluid oozing from the tattoo.
Lather the area with lukewarm water and unscented antibacterial soap or mildly acidic body wash. -
After washing the tattoo, gently wipe off the water with a towel.
*At this time, never rub the area to be treated strongly.
Doing so may cause irritation. - After removing excess water from the area, allow the tattoo to air dry naturally.
【Daily care】
-
Apply the aftercare cream in a thin layer.
*A thickness similar to hand cream is a good guideline.
*Be careful not to apply too much at one time.
Too much can cause the tattoo (skin) to not be able to breathe, which in turn increases the chance of bacterial growth. -
Reapply the cream to the tattoo multiple times a day.
*at least 3-5 times - We recommend continuing to apply the treatment for approximately 1 to 2 months starting from the day after your tattoo session.
5. Things to Avoid in Aftercare
-
Under no circumstances should you seal the tattooed area with plastic wrap, bandages, or similar materials based on your own judgment.
After removing the protective sheet applied at our studio, moisturize with aftercare cream and keep the tattooed area exposed to air as much as possible. -
Do not scratch the skin, although it will "itch" as it regenerates!
Forcibly peeling off the scab (thin skin) is also strictly prohibited. Wait for it to peel off naturally.
Itching can be somewhat alleviated by cooling the area to be treated, so please try it.
6. Things to Avoid After Getting a Tattoo
Please absolutely refrain from the following actions, as they can cause tattoo color fading or bleeding, as well as infection or inflammation at the tattooing site.
①Drinking alcohol
Please refrain from drinking alcohol within 2 to 3 days after the procedure.
*It is ideal to abstain from alcohol for a week if possible.
②Intense exercise / Sauna / Hot stone bath / Hot yoga / Esthetics
For 2 to 3 days after the tattooing, refrain from activities that increase metabolism or warm the body.
③Bathing / Hot Springs / Pool / Sea or River
Avoid bathing in bathtubs or hot springs, and refrain from swimming in pools, the ocean, or similar bodies of water until the tattooed area has fully recovered (approximately 2 weeks).
④Sweating / Skin irritation
If you sweat within 2 to 3 days after the tattooing, do not leave it untreated. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, apply aftercare cream, and keep the area clean.
⑤Sunburn
Avoid direct sunlight or tanning in a tanning salon until the tattooed area has fully recovered.
Strong UV rays can cause the color of the tattoo to fade.
Even after the tattoo has completely healed, it is recommended to wear sunscreen with SPF 30 to 70.
